Research On Financial Risk Assessment Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Heilongjiang Province Under The Comprehensive Risk Management Framework

The small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the development of the national economy.The governments and departments at all levels attach great importance to the development of SMEs in China,and have introduced a variety of supportive policies.However,the SMEs in Heilongjiang province are still in the process of resistance,short survival period and high financial crisis,which have become the main problem of restricting the development of SMEs.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of SMEs in Heilongjiang,and find the financial risks in the development process of SMEs,the paper establishes the evaluation index to assess the financial risk of SMEs in Heilongjiang province.The paper first reviews the relevant theories of risk assessment,analyses the current situation and risk of SMEs in Heilongjiang Province,on the basis of comprehensive risk identification and builds the financial risk evaluation index system of SMEs in Heilongjiang province.Using the ANP method and the statistical index method,the paper establishes the financial risk evaluation model of SMEs,and uses the model to evaluate the financial risk of SMEs in Heilongjiang province.The dynamic evaluation index of SMEs in Heilongjiang province in recent years is obtained.The evaluation index shows a high level of financial risk and the risk is increasing year by year.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding preventive measures against the macro environment of financial risk and the micro level of risk prevention of SMEs...
