There are still many characteristics of state-owned enterprises' performance appraisal in state-owned holding financial insurance companies.As a well-known state controlled small and medium-sized property insurance company in China,HG company has been using the traditional performance appraisal method since its establishment,and has played a positive role in the initial development process of the company.However,enterprises in the growth,the scale of the expansion,while the market is also undergoing dramatic changes,the original performance appraisal system of HG company have also appeared not to adapt to enterprise development problems,such as the backwardness of incentive effects on the performance appraisal of the performance indicators set business objectives,performance appraisal can not adapt to the continuous improvement of enterprises the lack of effective communication and feedback mechanism etc..Performance appraisal is not only to assess the target of the enterprise,but also to set up a complete,systematic and complete system from the establishment and decomposition of the target,the establishment and allocation of indicators,the process carding,process control,implementation and incentive.In recent years,the performance management has attracted more and more attention of domestic enterprises at the same time,many enterprises begin to pay close attention to the process and system of performance appraisal,and other key areas,especially in the view of performance results and application process,many enterprises have begun to explore a variety of advanced management methods,so as to realize the transformation of enterprises and the promotion of administration.The purpose of this paper is the basis of the summary and analysis of the performance theory,performance evaluation theory,application performance cycle theory,the HG company employee performance appraisal application situation analysis,find out the appraisal system problems,mainly due to the problems caused by this and then,on this basis,the guiding ideology and the principle of assessment optimization assessment the performance of the company.Combined with the key performance indicators theory,this paper analyzes the factors causing the company's performance shortage,and helps HG company establish a new performance evaluation index system,improve the performance appraisal of the company.Finally,taking the product manager of the health insurance working group as an example,we should guide the establishment of performance evaluation standards,improve the management process of performance appraisal,strengthen the establishment of a sound performance appraisal system,strengthen the performance communication,exchange and feedback,and improve the purpose of performance appraisal.According to HG's performance and anti communication,establish and improve the performance evaluation system,evaluation of attack,this paper from the management philosophy,performance culture,organizational support,system optimization,security measures for the implementation of the summary.On the basis of scientific management theory,this paper improves and improves the relevant content of HG company's performance appraisal program,and provides relevant safeguard measures for the successful implementation of management,expecting that the future development direction of HG company is standardization and standardization.At the same time,through the writing of this paper,the author hopes to provide some reference and help for domestic enterprises,so that it can timely combine the characteristics of their own enterprises,improve the internal management system,establish a perfect internal performance evaluation system.
