With the further development of the market economy, the drawbacks of land contracting to households have become increasingly apparent. The asymmetry of information causes individual farmers to be in a disadvantageous position in the fierce market competition, and their own interests are increasingly being taken away by other economic entities. In this case,in order to improve their own strength, they gradually realized the importance of cooperation, together with the market risk and impact,so they set up farmers' professional cooperatives demand is more and more intense, thus the birth of farmer cooperatives, and achieved rapid development.Since 2007 since the implementation of "the cooperative law" of farmer professional cooperatives in our country has made rapid development, the number and model of cooperatives is increasing year by year,as of the first half of 2017,the country registered more than 193.3 farmers' cooperatives, farmers join more than 100 million households, each village has 3 cooperatives, farmers join accounted for farmers 46.8%.At the sight of the rapid development of the cooperative, development must recognize most of China's farmers' professional cooperatives is still in its infancy, there are many problems: its overall competitiveness is not strong, narrow coverage area, single industrial structure, low technical contributions,by the size of funds constraint etc..These problems have seriously restricted the development of cooperatives, and it is also one of the reasons for the inefficient operation of cooperatives. The core members are usually cooperatives managers, village cadres or large able people in the village. They have other social capital that other members can not match: interpersonal networks, influence, and access to information. These social capital has great help for the development and growth of cooperatives, and it is also an important factor that affects the overall performance. In this paper,on the basis of reviewing the related literature,to build the core members of social capital influences the performance of the cooperative theoretical analysis framework, from the trust, interpersonal networks, norms and reciprocal four dimensions, selecting the 17 variables to comprehensively measure the core members of the social capital, and assuming that the core members of the social capital will have positive effect on cooperative performance. After the author design the questionnaire, randomly selected from the mound 45 families of county farmers' professional co-operatives to field survey(each choose four to seven core members),and carries on the survey data collection and analysis: the mound of county farmers' professional co-operatives operation present situation has carried on the descriptive statistical analysis; The factors and regression analysis of the performance of the social capital of the core member are carried out.Affect the cooperative performance was determined by the factor analysis of five common factor: core trust factor, core members outside network factor, core members internal network factor, core specification factors and core members benefit factor. In this paper, five common factors are used as independent variables, and a gradual regression analysis is carried out for the cooperative performance(the annual income of the member)as the dependent variable.Regression results show that the above five independent variables are performance has a positive influence on farmers' professional co-operatives,from big to small in turn is the degree of influence: the core members trust factor, core members outside network factor, core factor, core members internal network factor and core members specification factor, they are the core members of social capital affect the cooperative performance standardization coefficient of regression equation are: 0.578,0.404,0.357,0.314 and 0.256.Finally,the author puts forward some Suggestions on how to improve the social capital of the core members based on the summary of the empirical conclusions.
