Employment structure involves all aspects of the national economy,mainly refers to the distribution of labor between different departments,which is labor resource configuration essentially.The change of employment structure is affected by industrial structure adjustment,the continuous optimization is conducive to the further development of the economy,jobs,improve people’s living standard.On March 5,2017,premier Li Keqiang pointed out that we still need to improve the supply structure,cut overcapacity and complete the shunt placement problem of the worker when facing domestic structural problems are prominent,the potential risks,economic downward pressure in his government work report.Also pointed out that in 2017 we still need to adhere to the employment priority strategy,implement a proactive employment policy,and strive to solve the excess capacity and authors synergies,constantly optimize the industrial structure to make sure that more than 11 million people have jobs and keep unemployment rate under 4.5%.At the same time,we should actively guide the off-duty workers obtain employment again,strive to expand employment,promote employment through various channels,completes the laid-off workers re-employment.The coordination of employment structure is the symbol of healthy development of national economy to measure a region,which is about social livelihood of the people and the harmony and stability.This paper is mainly about the path analysis of employment structure optimization in Hebei province,the article mainly studied the evolution of employment structure in Hebei province and the existing problems.On the whole,the adjustment of employment structure in Hebei province is mainly affected by industrial structure upgrading,which mainly shows slow transferred surplus labor from rural areas,increasing pressure of second industry transformation,leading rising unemployment,and the third industry development speed and the number of absorbing labor force not harmonious,the existenc e of these problems have affected the employment structure optimized.So Heibei province should accelerate the guide rural surplus labor transfer,promote the industrial transformation,guide reasonable staff employment,consolidate the traditional service industry and development of modern service industry.As the employment structure optimization and industrial structure adjustment pressure increasing,Hebei province will accelerate the optimization of employment structure,during the 13 th Five Year the first industry and the employment of the second industry will continue to decrease,and the third industry will continue to expand,employment of the second industry will continue to decrease,the third industry will continue to expand,and employment growth will be larger,employment structure will be optimized.
