Research On Financial Input And Standardized Management Of Urban Community Hospital

The urban community health service is the most basic and important part of a city.The establishment of the urban community health service system is the indispensable link to realize the goal of primary health care.And vigorously promote the development of community health services,through the construction of the community health service as the basis,health service institutions and hospitals,health institutions reasonable division of labor,in close collaboration with the new city service system,so as to further improve the fairness and accessibility of health services.With the continuous development of China economy,people in the material and spirit have been greatly improved and the health service demand more and more high,this time only through the development of community health service,only to increase the construction of community health and community hospital,in order to continuously meet the needs of the people for health service.Therefore,the construction of urban community health service plays an important role in China's urban construction and the promotion of urbanization in china.In this context,this paper takes the development of urban community hospitals in Hebei as an example,discusses the necessity and feasibility of developing community hospitals in China,and analyzes the key points and difficulties in the development process.The development status of Hebei province community hospital and analysis of the financial input of the Hebei Province in the city community hospital financial investment standardization problems,mainly the overall lack of financial investment,investment and the lack of stability,financial investment is too casual,the budget audit and supervision,the lack of community hospitals into the uneven distribution of medical resources is not equity issues.This paper is based on the United Kingdom,the United States,Canada and other relatively mature community hospital financial investment mechanism,refining the experience can provide reference to Hebei province.On this basis,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to establish a stable financial investment guarantee mechanism,strengthen the supervision and audit of financial investment,and promote the fairness of financial investment in community hospitals.
