The insurance industry of our country has grown vigorously in recent years,the insurance demand rises,the number of life insurance company increases sharply.At the same time,the life insurance company also exposed many problems which the marketing staff quality is uneven,high liquidity problems and so on.Therefore,to strengthen the incentives of marketing staff,improving the company's incentive system is imminent.P life insurance company is outstanding in the life insurance industry of China,which has a relatively complete set of incentive system.P company,Baoding branch,as tertiary institutions,is shouldering the important responsibility to develop new market in the cities and counties.It also leads the development of Baoding city life insurance industry in some way.P company's life insurance marketing staff have a lot of businesses,life insurance,car insurance,credit CARDS,wealth management act as auxiliary business and insurance sales is the most important factor of incentives and assessment index.In practical work,the incentives of this company have exposed lots of problems.This article selects the P company,Baoding branch as the research object,study its marketing staff incentive system.First,compile incentive theory at home and abroad through reading lots of literature;Secondly,from four aspects including salary,promotion,glory,and training,use the adoption of questionnaire and interview method to further access to materials,and introduce the present situation and development marketing staff motivation;And then find the bugs of the company's incentives through further analysis.At last,suggest new Baoding P life insurance company marketing staff incentive system optimization scheme and put forward solutions in the process of implementing Suggestions:innovating reform,introducing supervision mechanism,and strengthening the construction of enterprise culture.The improving of the incentive system can keep the P company,Baoding branch's marketi'ng staffs work motivate,and maximize the marketer's job satisfaction,which will achieve more benefits for the company,and further perfect incentive system and drive the Baoding life insurance industry market active.
