Research On The Impact Of China's Outward Direct Investment On Industries Upgrading

In the industrial restructuring,Foreign direct investment,as the most effective "going out" approach,will play an increasingly important role.Enterprises through foreign direct investment,can effectively solve the problems in the process of industrial upgrading in China,such as the low efficiency of the traditional optimization,optimizing in a single way and so on.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to track the impact of China's foreign direct investment on industrial upgrading.The main research contents are as follows: First,the relationship between China's foreign direct investment and industrial structure is analyzed from the aspects of the industrial structure,the industry structure,the regional structure and the major structure.Second,the paper,from the perspectives of market orientation,resource orientation,technology orientation and strategic assets orientation,analyzes the impact of China's foreign direct investment on the industrial upgrading mechanism with cases.Third,the paper make a quantitative analysis of China's foreign direct investment on industrial upgrading,from which the paper reaches a conclusion that tertiary industry will increase as the expansion of foreign direct investment;Fourth,the paper puts forward advice on upgrading industrial structure taking advantages of foreign direct investment.That is analyzed from the following aspects:the formulation and improvement of foreign direct investment policies and regulations,strengthening the reform on the supply side,to enhance the quality of China's manufacturing products,promoting the reform of enterprise's management system,to strengthen training talents in foreign trade,to grasp the strategic opportunities brought by the "One belt and One Road" policy,and to make policy-induced investment.
