| With the development of economic globalization,domestic enterprises are faced with increasing competition pressure.Keeping innovative is the only way for domestic enterprises to stand out.To promote the innovation performance of the enterprises by advocating the employees’ initiative voice behavior is an economic and efficient way.However,the situation of domestic employees’ initiative voice behavior is not clear.Therefore,how to effectively promote the domestic employees’ initiative voice behavior is an urgent task.Based on the current situation of domestic enterprises,this paper investigates the mechanism of the new leadership style of authentic leadership and employees’ voice behavior and introduces psychological ownership as the mediator variable to explore how the authentic leadership affects the employees’ voice behavior.Besides,in the study,the variable of traditionality was introduced to explore its regulatory role between authentic leadership and employees’ voice behavior.In this study,a total of 330 valid questionnaires were received from the employees of the domestic enterprises.Through data analysis,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The employee’s voice behavior varies in the employees’ age,job level,working length,type and size of the organization(2)Authentic leadership significantly promotes employees’ voice behavior;(3)Authentic leadership has a significant positive effect on the psychological ownership of employees;(4)The psychological ownership of the employees has a significant positive effect on employees’ voice behavior;(5)The psychological ownership plays a mediating role between authentic leadership and employees’ voice behavior;(6)Traditionality plays a regulatory role between authentic leadership and employees’ voice behavior.In view of the above research conclusions,this study puts forward some management suggestions from the enterprise perspective and leadership perspective. |
