Purpose:Management staffs'happiness research in Humanistic Management and improvement of business management theory has important theoretical and practical significance. This study aims to try through Psychological Empowerment, Authentic Leadership and well-being of the present situation and the study of the relationship among managerial staff to understand a situation related approximately at present, and explore the three variables that may exist between the direct influence and intermediary effect, and establish ideal hypothesis model, so as to provide for Humanistic Management theory of useful advice.Methods:We used "MHQ", "PES"and "ALS" to test 237 managerial staff,and do statistical deals with SPSS 17.0 and LISREL8.70 for analysis.We build a matrix among Well-being, Psychological Empowerment and Authentic Leadership, and the index fits good.Results:1,"MHQ"has good reliability and validity,for managerial staff measure happiness;2Psychological Empowerment have a direct impact to Well-being; 3,Authentic Leadership has a direct effect on Well-being; 4,Psychological Empowerment could have a indirect effect on Authentic Leadership through Well-being.Well-being is the bridge and link between Psychological Empowerment and Authentic Leadership.Conclusion:model 1 and2 explained happiness in Psychological Empowerment t and Authentic Leadership between the mediating roles as the key point discussed. Enterprise can try through improving the management level of Psychological Empowerment to promote the managerial staffs'happiness, thus developing Authentic Leadership Ability.This study investingated the relationship of Well-being, Psychological Empowerment and Authentic Leadership. Organizations can try to update the Authentic Leadership or Psychological Empowerment levels, to improve the level of happiness of managerial staff, and to create a harmonious working environment for the organizations and individuals to promote common progress.
