With the development of globalization and science, supply disruption risk management has become a critical issue in bussiness management. Once the enterprise passively receive disruption risk, it will be subject to economic losses and the erosion of competition recession. Effective procurement strategies can not only enhance their resilience, but effectively alleviate the friction between members of the supply chain, thereby ensuring the effective functioning of the supply chain. Therefore, the awareness of supply disruption risk makes the effective strategies become necessary.Based on the above background, this thesis will establish two random dualsourcing supply chain news-vendor models in order to, for both risk-neutral and risk-averse decision-makers, investigate how random disruption times impact supply chain ordering strategy under unconstraint and service level constraints. We will show the optimal ordering strategy of retailer, prove the existence of optimal order quantity and analyze the impact of random disruption time to the optimal order quantity and the optimal expectation profit. Finally, based on the above two models,this thesis will consider the optimal order strategy of retailer under four cases of supply disruptions, prove the existence of optimal order quantity under unconstraint and service level constraints, and analyze the impact of random disruption time to the optimal ordering strategies.
