Research On Characteristic And Language Of Opinions

With the continuous development of China's political,economic and cultural fields,"opinions" that reflects the characteristics of democracy consultation is more and more used in various kinds of administrative work in our country.In order to meet the needs of the new era of social development,the State Council promulgated the "state administrative organs document processing approach" to determine the country's administrative documents as 13 kinds of 13 species,and abolished the "indication",taking the "Opinions " as one of the official documents.In legal documents,the diverse wording direction of the "opinions" reflects the diversity of its functions.In order to apply “opinions” flexibly,first of all it is necessary to study on its own stylistic sense from the perspective of stylistics.On the one hand,it can better understand stylistic features of the "opinions",promote standardization,scientific construction of text types of the "opinions",fully play the role of "opinions" in the real work;on the other hand,it can distinguish the "opinions" from other similar text types,improve the accuracy of application.This article analyzes and comb history,cultural background of,"opinions" from the perspective of stylistics.At the same time,the article compares the “opinions” with similar text,through these comprehensive analysis and discussion,the article reveals the "opinions" essential characteristics of text types,explores healthy development and practical application in the future.
