With light weight and energy-saving emission reduction concept deeply rooted in the hearts of people,aerospace?transportation?military and civilian areas are increasingly wide demand for aluminum,however,aluminum has features of high industry energy consumption,low efficiency and relatively backward status of automation.These characteristics lead to a low level of utilization of resources,limiting the development of the industry.Therefore break the on-line monitoring technology and Intelligent control of aluminum alloy casting,energy efficiency monitoring and optimization control of the whole process and other technical problems,to build intelligent factory,promote energy conservation,improve energy efficiency are of great significance.The subject comes from the 863 project "Study on digital intelligence of aluminum alloy casting production line and energy efficiency monitoring system ".The main task is to study on energy efficiency evaluation and optimization control of aluminum alloy casting process.This thesis is based on the Online monitoring of energy consumption and energy optimization control of Alloy cast aluminum production process in one of Tianjin alloy company,which is research on Designing and implementation of Energy management system and integrated optimization control of energy consumption of aluminum alloy casting.This paper first introduces the aluminum casting production process,analyze the factors affecting energy consumption of aluminum casting production process in-depth.On the basis of monitoring data collected on energy consumption and real-time database,designed functional modules of cast aluminum energy management systems and energy relational database of management systems.And ultimately realized information ?visualization in energy consumption process.Secondly,these energy data associated with corresponding equipment,workshops,and team production data.Realized energy statistics conducted by the team,process.Can be generated all kinds of energy,energy efficiency and energy consumption data report,energy efficiency curve in a given period of time.And energy consumption level is diagnosed and assessed.Find out the main factors that affect the energy consumption,analysis energy saving potential,and then put forward the energy saving measures.Finally,To save energy and reduce consumption,improve the utilization rate of raw materials for the comprehensive control index,the paper makes an optimization control to casting aluminum melting heat efficiency by controlling means of three-layer neural network structure model.Improve the enterprise automation production and information management level,promote the realization of the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.
