Indirect material purchasing management is an important procurement function.In recent years,the background of international economic situation is more serious,most foreign multinational enterprises have gradually focused on the hidden costs of indirect material purchasing.The establishment and perfection of the indirect material purchasing function can reduce the company cost and guarantee the company's daily smooth operation.On the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature,combining with the months of internship experience,analysis the company S strategic purchasing of indirect material purchasing process.Through the scientific study on the indirect material purchasing and management,shorten the indirect material purchasing cycle and improve the efficiency of the indirect material purchasing and ensure normal smooth operations of the company,bring considerable cost savings.The article specific content is as follows: The first part is proposed with the existing process description of the problem.Through the survey found,company S daily indirect material purchasing cycle is longer than the others.The use departments often complain about the material incoming time.The time is too long,sometimes even lead to demand department by customer complaints.The use department are widespread discontent of the indirect material purchasing team work efficiency.In order to identify the cause of long cycle and the nodes in the process,firstly,analysis S company from the company profile,organization structure,purchasing department,staffing and indirect material purchasing process are described in detail.This part provide the basis for the diagnosis of below analysis.Then the analysis of the problems,using ASME method to identify existing problems and the cause of the problem in process,lays the foundation for further optimization improvement.The last is the solution of the problem.Using BPR related theory system,combining ECRS methods,selecting suitable for company S optimization strategy.This part using ASME method which will rebuild were compared before and after re-engineering process,shows that the later one's advantage.
