As brand new function, Indirect Purchasing has been embraced in daily operation in many more companies than before. Nowadays, the whole world economy is not very well, most of corporations are eager to expand their revenues and control their spending; Indirect Purchasing is being regarded as a new resource of profit.Under this environment, with the object of real condition in daily management in S Company's Indirect Purchasing, this thesis will focus on the improvement and enhancement of indirect purchasing management. The full text is divided into 6 chapters. The first chapter expounds indirect purchasing management research significance, the domestic and international current situation undertook an analysis, elaborated the basic research thinking of simple. The second chapter proposed indirect purchasing theory, company S in indirect purchasing management research in these theories. The third chapter is on the S company indirect purchasing management problems that exist in the analysis, put forward to need to solve three problems:the procurement decision department is not clear; the procurement process procrastination; how to manage the supplier. The fourth chapter is aimed at these problems; according to the actual operation situation of S's indirect purchasing, combined with the indirect purchasing management theory, put forward the corresponding improvement scheme:clear procurement decisions; optimize the procurement process; strengthen the suppliers management. The fifth chapter is the implementation of solutions and improvements from fourth chapter. The sixth chapter is a summary and outlook.
