Along with the changes in human history,knowledge economy era is just over the horizon.In the knowledge economy era of knowledge operation,knowledge industry,knowledge-based economy characterized,will greatly shorten the production and technology development lifecycle.Meanwhile,with constantly expansion of industrial diffusion effects of emerging technologies,more companies come to realize that the business development goal is to maintain their competitive advantage.From the viewpoint of the life cycle,the company’s competitive advantages is divided into short-term competitive advantage and long-term competitive advantage.But only by increasing production efficiency and product quality achieved competitive advantage belongs to the short-term competitive advantage.If companies want to achieve the goal of long-term competitive advantage,they must constantly innovate.Innovation is an important strategy to achieve long-term advantage and achieving sustainable development.Innovation strategy of enterprises is becoming high survival and sustainable development of inexhaustible power.From the environmental considerations faced by the enterprises themselves,enterprises are facing increasingly complex competitive environment.Meanwhile,the resources of company and the industry are limited.Therefore,the supply chain enterprise development process,enterprises should pay more attention to carry out more extensive and in-depth collaboration.To effectively integrate enterprise innovation resources,enterprises will improve the comprehensive ability to target innovation.Ultimately,companies can achieve enterprise collaborative innovation.From their own development,the enterprise implementation of supply chain collaborative innovation goal is to play to their strengths.Rational allocation of corporate resources to achieve lower production costs.Ultimately,enterprises benefit from the increase of the body of enterprises.Further collaborative innovation and improve overall profitability of the supply chain.Thus,each node in the supply chain enterprises collaborative innovation strategy can enhance their competitive advantage.Collaborative innovation even enhance the competitiveness of the entire supply chain have very important significance.The idea of the research can be summarized as follows: First,in the collating existing research and literature on the basis,summarizes the supply chain collaborative innovation research situation.This article concluded that research on the current overall supply chain collaboration mechanisms are not enough.Secondly,this paper describes the basic principles of system dynamics theory and application,further illustrates the use of supply chain management.This paper argues that the relevant research methods and operating mechanism of system dynamics is very suitable for the application and supply chain collaborative innovation mechanism.Again,we discriminate the relationships between variables and variables.We use the system dynamics related knowledge and build collaborative supply chain innovation system model.We further the model simulation.Finally,on the basis of relevant theoretical research,the article millet technology for a case study.On this basis,we fully demonstrate the conclusions and opinions of the article.
