Theory Of Cross-border Trade Customs Supervision System Of Perfect Electronic Commerce

As a result of cross-border trade e-commerce is a new development of the industry,so in recent years,people have put their eyes on the field.Whether it is from the top of the country's design perspective,or to promote the behavior of local governments,some policies continue to emerge.From individual grassroots entrepreneurship to the Amazon,Alibaba and other giants of the full attack,cross-border e-commerce e-commerce interpretation of the wonderful battle for the market.Due to the development of electronic information technology and economic globalization,the two increasingly rapid pace,vigorously develop modern service industry especially cross-border trade e-commerce services and other new economic format has become the consensus of all levels of government,along with the international trade information and globalization and facilitation of the three to promote cross-border e-commerce activities on the process.The traditional customs laws and regulations and supervision and the means to put forward new requirements.First,because in the cross-border trade e-commerce we accelerated the pace of development,and the existing laws and regulations of the business is still not perfect,the customs supervision of cross-border ecommerce in business;second,cross-border trade e-commerce business so far have many serious problems,these problems include operation specification for tax evasion and smuggling.In some sense,customs supervision,cross-border trade e-commerce and traditional international trade is there is a great difference,in terms of customs clearance and inspection,not supervision mode of the traditional sense of the cross-border e-commerce are met.Based on this one original intention,I chose this topic to carry on the research.This paper focuses on the issues involved in cross-border trade e-commerce,the regulatory role played by the customs,and how to improve the regulatory system.This paper is divided into three parts,the first part is an overview of the development of cross-border trade of electronic commerce,a brief explanation of the concept and characteristics;the second part describes the current situation of e-commerce cross-border trade,customs supervision and regulation effect of current logic problems is discussed,at the same time reveals in the customs supervision the drawbacks of this field and to analyze the causes,which lay the foundation for the discussion below;the third part is mainly on the customs supervision problems,the research for cross-border trade e-commerce customs supervision system perfect strategy.
