Study On The Industrial Transformation Of Island County Under The Constraints Of Marine Resources

With the increasing influence of marine economy on the economic activities of human society.In the study of marine economic development,the study of this unique area of the island is a hot spot.At present,the island counties in the process of optimizing the industrial structure have encountered some problems,especially in the use and development of resources.At present,it is urgent to study the influence of various resources on the industrial transformation,especially the industrial transformation under the constraint of marine resources.So as to allocate the resources more reasonably and adjust the industrial structure.In view of this,based on the main island of Zhoushan as an example,the use of 1999-2012 remote sensing image and economic data,taking the shoreline resources in marine resources as an example,combined with the coastline data,through the analytical method and the intensive degree of remote sensing image,analyzes the change of coastline and shoreline use types;the coefficient method and the structure of the three industries focus track method,analysis of the industrial structure of the island and Dinghai with Putuo part of the transformation process and their characteristics;the degree of constraint model,measure the binding effect of resource use change on the island and part of Dinghai and Putuo part of the industrial structure.The results are as follows:Through the analysis of the coastline and the utilization of the coastline over the years,it was found that:(1)the coastline of the island of Zhoushan changed from 1999 to 2012.Regional concentration is obvious,mainly in areas with low ecological risk.At the same time,with the change of the coastline,the artificial index is also rising;(2)the coastline utilization pattern of the island is obvious,and the dominant mode of utilization is the port and the industrial coastline and the urban life coastline.There are some changes in the types of shoreline utilization,mainly for other uses.The island of Zhoushan shoreline use conversion is more reasonable;(3)with the use of coastal area type changes,the island of Zhoushan shoreline use intensity increasing,the island for shoreline use gradually accurate positioning.Get through the analysis of the industrial structure and industry focus over the trajectory;(1)the island of Zhoushan in 1999 to 2012 years of economic growth,industrial structure will enter the advanced mode,is about to enter the fourth quadrant of the third quadrant;(2)Dinghai part of the output is part of the Putuo,Putuo part of the industrial structure is part of Dinghai senior,and the pulling effect on the change in the industrial structure of the island is more obvious;(3)in the towns(street)analysis found that the leading industries have been transformed into second or thirdindustries,and the need to improve the industrial competitive force in order to avoid the fluctuation of industrial structure.Based on the island of Zhoushan for shoreline use transformation of coupling changes with the industry and the comparative study of Dinghai and Putuo part of the part,the results show that;(1)the shoreline resources constraint on industrial structure transformation is mainly reflected in the coastal resources of all types of industrial constraints.The industrial structure of Putuo part of the transformation by the shoreline resources constraint effect is more obvious;(2)in the binding of shoreline resources to the industrial structure,although various types of shoreline changes on the industry are constrained,but the industry and the various types of shoreline are different.The first industry has been weak constraints,constraints of the second industry is the most intense;due to the effect of a wide range of constraints the strongest ecological protection shoreline and other uses of the industry's coastline,and specific use of shoreline direct effects on largely restrained industry;(3)the shore line resources constraint on the change of industrial structure gradually reduced the reason is that with the increase in economic volume,external disturbance effect on its resources gradually decreased.However,the degree of dependence on resources is higher in the region is slower.
