For the pillar industry,manufacturing industry of human society,the advent of the era of big data has brought the huge impact,the way is in the midst of the economic development is rapid change barrier of China,how to make use of large data such as a new generation of information technology,to promote manufacturing enterprise intelligent manufacturing mode transformation,improve the operation of the manufacturing enterprise efficiency,reduce production cost,improve product quality,maintain the sustainable development of China's manufacturing industry,has become the development of the nation's major strategic issues.With the deepening of the market economy and Internet era of transparency is higher and higher,the seller has already begun to pursue personalized product experience,manufacturing company only change the original mode of production organization and management,increase production of flexible,shorten the production cycle,to speed up the application of new technology and new product launch,from mass,less specifications into small batch,many specifications of the production mode in order to in the fierce market competition,improve the international influence of made in China.This article with Amico company production mode transformation and intelligent workshop management as the foundation,based on the large data and the theory of intelligent manufacturing,combining the characteristics of manufacturing enterprise production organization and workshop management,introduces the research and implementation results of this paper:1.The use of the production management system to complete the production plan formulation and production scheduling,can realize dynamic adjustment and optimization of the plan,to reduce the production of inventory at the same time shorten the production cycle of the product.2.And realize the real-time collection of quality information and real-time processing,shortens the time of the quality data feedback on the production and improve quality of the product qualified rate,reduce the loss.3.Realize the production state of the dynamic information acquisition at the scene,provide production schedule management key data,equipment utilization,improve the utilization rate of equipment,reduce the production cost.4.Implement the optimization of layout and material flow field of equipment,realize the production organization mode of cellular transformation,improve the production of flexible,more adapted to small batch and many varieties of production mode transformation.
