With China's arrival the 20 th century,based on the rapid development of the world economy and science and technology,China's economic and scientific and technology has also been rapid development,in the meantime,the development speed of China's automobile industry attracts worldwide attention,following the rapid development momentum of the automobile industry in China,the automobile production will increasing year by year,China's huge population base make car production and sales in China has a broad market space,along with China's automobile production and sales quantity rapidly growth,China will inevitably produce a lot of waste automobile,for the waste automobile,in order to achieve the greatest degree of reduction,reuse and recycling economy development mode,the Britain,Germany,Japan,United States and other developed countries also early have began to research on waste automobile reverse logistics network optimization and performance evaluation problems,so as to realize the purposes of the cost savings for producers,increase resource utilization and reduce environmental pollution level.Based on this purposes,this paper will take the waste automobile reverse logistics system as the research object,to study the waste automobile reverse logistics network optimization and performance evaluation problems.By analyzing the influence factor of the waste automobile reverse logistics,took into account the effective utilization of resources and the sharing principle,the optimization model of integrated logistics of waste automobile reverse logistics network is established.Then the model validity is verified by analysis of example.Besides,in this paper,fuzzy AHP is used to evaluate the performance of waste vehicle reverse logistics system.This paper put forward the integrated forward logistics and multi-level and multi-vehicle and waste automobile reverse logistics network model,set up a waste disposal center,and took the impact of environment into account.The model has a certain universality and can be applied to reverse logistics recycling of other waste products.Through the research on the performance evaluation of the waste automobile reverse logistics,this paper discovered that the effects of the current waste automobile reverse logistics in China on environment were greater.So in the operating process of waste automobile reverse logistics,much attention should be payed to the environmental impact to make it develop towards green logistic.
