Research On Financing Mode Of High-tech Enterprises Based On Life Cycle

Science and technology is increasingly important in today's era of economic development.And the state in this form continue to pay attention to the transformation of economic development model.High-tech enterprises as knowledge-intensive industries,continue to get attention and strong support from country.High-tech enterprises can integrate technical resources and promote national economic to develop.High-tech enterprises have higher requirements on scientific and technological level and need higher R&D investment.Financing plays an important role in the growth of high-tech enterprises.However,there are some problems in the improper financing mode,which leads difficulties of high-tech Enterprises in the financing process.The development of high-tech enterprises is in the process of prominent,in line with the theory of life cycle.Based on the life cycle,the high-tech enterprises are divided into different growth stages.It is proposed to adopt the research method of normative research and case study.According to the logic of thinking,analyzing and solving the problem,this paper puts forward the relevant suggestions on the financing mode and the improvement of the financing mode,analyzes the case,and provides reference for the application and perfection of the financing model of the hi-tech enterprises in reality.The first part of this paper mainly introduces the research background,significance and research status,to put forward the reasons for the topic and the specific research ideas.The second part of the text analyzes the financing model and the basic theory.The third part of the text first defines high-tech enterprises and analyzes its characteristics.High-tech enterprises will be divided into five life cycle,namely seed period,start-up period,growth period,maturity period and recession period.The different life cycle funding needs are explored and the phased study of high-tech enterprise financing model is issued.The fourth part analyzes the concrete application of the financing mode of high-tech enterprises in each life cycle,chooses the appropriate selection of different stages of financing mode and summarizes them.In the fifth part,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the financing mode of high-tech enterprises from different angles in the process of financing each life cycle.The sixth part divides Huawei's development course into different life cycle and discusses the specific application of Huawei's financing mode,which is of great significance to other high-tech enterprises in reality.Based on the existing research,this paper studies the financing model of high-tech enterprises based on the life cycle,analyzes the financing model and collects the latest data.And the paper elaborates the problems and the reasons of the high-tech enterprise financing mode in different life cycle and discusses how to use the relevant financing model.The paper also puts forward the measures to optimize the financing mode,combined with the actual case analysis and high-tech enterprises in the real financing to play a guiding role.
