The Study Of The High-tech Enterprise Financing Strategy Of Gansu Province

In the situation of knowledge economy, the high-tech enterprise is becoming a more and more important factor for one country or region to improve the ability of competiton. However, to finance capital has become a big problem for the high-tech enterprise backing the development of high-tech industry because of the characters of high-risk, high-investment, high-profit and underdevelopment capital market. No exception to high-tech enterprises of Gansu province. In order to settle the problem, the paper chooses high-tech enterprispes in Gansu province as study object and analyzed high-tech enterprise's risks characters, the ways of finance and the demand of company finance. In this paper, modern finance theory, life-style theories were used and a financing strategy for high-tech enterprise of Gansu province was raised.This text includes five parts.At first, the paper analyses the aim and the meaning, the study of contents for paper .At the same time, domestic and international of high-tech enterprise financial current situation were researched.Secondly, the correlative theories of high-tech enterprise were analyzed in this thesis, which consist of the definition of high-tech enterprise, the financing characteristic of high-tech enterprise, the theories of corporations' finance and its development, the illumination for high-tech enterprise from the theories of corporations' finance,etc. From new and high technology different main activity content,invest key element and risk,have study the financial characteristic of high-tech enterprise. At the same time, the risk and fund demand of the high-tech enterprise were studied.Thirdly, the current situation of the high-tech industry's development of Gansu has been analyzed in the thesis, the financing current situation and its influence Gansu's high-tech enterprise obstacle factors were studied emphatically. Then point out that capital market does not develop, the financing environment does not develop,the administration of the high-tech enterprise of Gansu is unstandard, enterprise's financial structure is unsatisfactory, the financing channel is single, getting other financing way development factor Gansu's the high-tech enterprise main reason of financing difficulty slowly,etc.Fourthly, on the foundation of the above analysis, the financing strategy of high-tech enterprise for Gansu province was proposed. It mainly analyzed the principle of finance, the scale of finance, the circumstance of finance and the high-tech enterprise financing in diffent life-style problems.Finally, a case was analyzed. The paper makes a case study about Fangda Carbon New Material Co., Ltd made different finance strategies according to different stages. Through the case, we can easily come to the conclusion: if the high-tech enterprises want to develop healthily and continuously who must fix on corresponding finance source and establish appropriate finance strategies.
