Research On Financing Strategy Of GOCHEN Technology Company

With the rapid development of high and new technology and the increasingly strengthening of global economic integration,the development of high and new technology and its industry has become an important symbol of national comprehensive strength.High-tech enterprises how to use all kinds of financing ways reasonably and how to access to the capital markets,the capital markets how to risk investment on a high and new technology enterprise and so on.A series of theoretical and practical problems are the high and new technology enterprises and the capital markets in our country needed to resolve at the present.This dissertation will take GOCHEN company for an example,analyze the GOCHEN company's financing situation deeply,existing problems and the deep-seated reasons behind these problems,and put forward the optimized strategies and ideas,has certain practical significance.This thesis uses the main research method are the case analysis,the literature research method and the normative analysis method at the same time.The thesis uses Shaanxi GOCHEN Materials Technology Co.,Ltd.as an example,through detailed data and information from internal and external financing environment,the existing financing two aspects to discuss status of financing GOCHEN companies,from narrow channels of financing,lack of direct financing,financing structure and financing uneven path still need to improve in four areas proposed GOCHEN company financing problems and then targeted to analyze the causes of the problem.Combined GOCHEN corporate finance goals,and GOCHEN company's industry characteristics and enterprise life cycle,the author proposes a comprehensive financing path GOCHEN company.Then analyzes the feasibility of IFS path of various financing methods,and then based on existing data and data analysis of the costs and risks of various financing methods,look to the future,we believe that innovation should be from endogenous financing,priority the introduction of risk equity capital,secured financing and intellectual property actively seek financial support for the optimization of GOCHEN company's financing.In this dissertation,the main research conclusions are as follows: first,GOCHEN company's financing problems at present are mainly lack of long-term planning and the shortage of funds that limit the development of GOCHEN company.Second,in combination with GOCHEN company's need for the funds in different development period,at the company's long-term financing,this dissertation focus more on the implementation of the specific financing options.
