Based On Bonded Zone Enterprise Of Aerospace Parts Supply Chain Optimization Research

For a long time,traditional manufacturing industry had been to improve production technology,expand the scale of operations as a major means to reduce costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprise.But in recent years,manufacturing cost in manufacturing enterprises has reached the limit and the expansion of sales is difficult to have a breakthrough.Therefore,original management model of supply chain has been difficult to adapt to requirement of global market economy development.It is urgent to improve the management efficiency of enterprises,reduce the management cost of enterprises and maximally satisfy the requirement of market and client through management innovation,especially the optimization and innovation of supply chain.This paper introduce the development of aviation manufacturing industry,the supply chain and customs policy of bonded zone.This paper analyzes the operation of supply china in the bonded zone based on the background of the global procurement,finding the characteristics and problems of supply chain in aviation manufacturing industry.Combined with information and network of ERP software technology,this paper is more specific and clear to present the elements of the supply chain,rules and principles between the elements and the various of problems in supply chain process.Through analysis the procurement,transportation,warehousing and information system of the four aspects,this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures and feasible optimization solution of the company’s bonded supply Chain.Finally,the research results of whole thesis are briefly summarized and reviewed.The future direction of research is forecasted.
