| This article take the enterprise that provide logistics services in the bonded logistics zone as objects of research, study on the logistics capacity coordination between the integrator and the provider from the perspective of service supply chain, to achieve maximum interests of the entire service supply chain. Bonded logistics zone in China’s history is not long, there is few study on bonded logistics zone in China, the current study are mostly concentrated in the bonded logistics zone’s planning, construction and evaluation, but not from the perspective of service supply chain to study on the capacity coordination in the service mode of bonded logistics zone. Therefore, study on the mechanism of capacity coordination of bonded logistics zone’s logistics service mode is not only with theoretical implications, but also of positive significance.Third-party logistics enterprises that provide logistics services in the Bonded logistics Zone, due to particularities of bonded logistics zone’s logistics activities, they also have differences with general logistics services provided by the third-party logistics enterprises. As all the logistics service provided in the bonded logistics zone have relationship with the import and export services, so it has more stringent requirements for service quality. Starting this article from the perspective of service supply chain, study the capacity coordination between integrators and providers in the bonded logistics zone.After the intensive study on the features of logistics operated in the bonded logistics zone and theory of service supply chain, realize that they can be combined, using the service supply chain theory to study on bonded logistics zone’s logistics services. Be on the third-party logistics company’s side, to build a logistics capacity coordination model for it. And genetic algorithm is used to solve the constructed model, then modeling and finding the optimal solution based on the analysis of the specific case. |
