Research On Uzbekistan's Participation In The Development Of "the One Belt One Road" International Logistics System

China proposed "The Belt and Road" initiative in 2013,that covering the Asia continent.Uzbekistan is a country with a long history and splendid culture,is one of the main countries in “The Belt and Road” initiative.The development of the international logistics system under the “The Belt and Road” initiative has a certain effect on the development of the logistics industry in Uzbekistan.Not only can solve a large number of population labor employment problems,but also can effectively enhance the competitiveness of international logistics,and promote the rapid progress of modern logistics technology.Participate in the “The Belt and Road” international logistics system,Uzbekistan has a good political,economic,social and cultural background and environment.In this paper,PEST analysis is used to analyze the external environment of Uzbekistan's participation in“The Belt and Road” from four aspects: political,economic,social and technological environment.This paper describes the current situation of Uzbekistan logistics industry and the development of logistics industry infrastructure status.Using DEA method to measure the purely technical efficiency,scale efficiency and total technical efficiency of Uzbekistan in 2006-2015.The conclusion is that Uzbekistan's logistics scale returns are increasing,and the overall logistics efficiency is gradually increasing,which can significantly increase investment in logistics infrastructure construction.As one of the countries in “The Belt and Road”,Uzbekistan's logistics industry is facing new opportunities for development.This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the development of logistics industry in Uzbekistan under the background of “The Belt and Road”,and points out the existing problems in the development of logistics,combined with the international logistics system development prospects of “The Belt and Road”,elaborated on China and Ukraine to build “The Belt and Road” cooperation and construction ideas.Finally,it puts forward the development proposal of Uzbekistan's logistics industry: promote Sino-Ukrainian production cooperation mechanism;achieve standardization of the logistics industry;promote the development of the central city logistics industry;speed up the technological progress of the logistics industry.
