| In September 2013,Chinese President Xi Jinping put forward the strategic vision of the "Silk Road economy zone",aimed at promoting economic and trade cooperation with the Central Asian countries to focus on transport infrastructure construction,balance the development of China’s domestic economic and diplomatic areas of the situation is not balanced,use the advantages of China’s production capacity to help Central Asian countries to improve the infrastructure situation,open up the trade channel between China and Europe.Kazakhstan is an important country of Central Asia,which plays an important role in the implementation of the "Silk Road Economic Zone" strategy.The development of China-Kazakh economic and trade cooperation will help promote the smooth implementation of the "Silk Road Economic Zone" strategy.However,at present,China and Kazakhstan still have many problems in trade,traffic and logistics,customs clearance and financial cooperation.They have hindered the smooth progress of the strategy of "Silk Road Economic Zone" to a certain extent.The main reasons are the internal factors of China and Kazakhstan and Russia and other major powers in the Central Asian region caused by the adverse effects of fierce competition.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis and elaboration on the above problems and their restrictive factors,and puts forward that the two countries should make full use of the political relations between the two countries,and the cooperation strategy is forming favorable conditions for docking,and further improve China’s own management system.And actively cooperate with international cooperation mechanisms such as the World Trade Organization and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization,as well as extensive cooperation in major countries to promote further deepening of China-Kazakh economic and trade cooperation and finally help the "Silk Road Economic Zone" construction. |
