Accompanied with the accelerated information communication and the rapidly developed internet technology, traditional marketing methods become inadequate when considering the development. As the new marketing method, here comes the internet marketing to match with the modern times. There are some advantages of internet marketing over the traditional marketing methods, such as the coordination between the firms and customers, propulsion of the development of firms. Therefore such research on the internet marketing of real estate firms has a positive meaning.The CRM becomes attractive in the last few years, whether in the real estate industry or in other professions. But we discover that the application of CRM in the real estate industry hasn't exerted to the best. Whether the CRM owns the characteristic matched with the real estate industry or the real estate industry doesn't comprehend the essence of CRM still is a question to research on?This text elaborates that the adoption of CRM in real estate firms plays a positive affects on internet marketing, and inquiries into the content of the internet marketing in real estate firms. The synopsis describes the technique frame and the structure constitutions of the real estate CRM of the internet marketing, and analysis it to the details. Then here comes a conclusion that the internet marketing has become an important marketing means, combined with the information technique method which will promote the development of real estate.This text tries to carry on the innovation from following several aspects: firstly is issue choice, for there was no systematical research available on the application of CRM in real estate internet marketing; secondly is combination of the theories and fulfillments, not only focus on the definition and explication of the theories, but also analyze the gains or losses of the application of internet marketing in real estate firms; at last the text put forwards some suggestion conceived in the promotion of internet marketing in the network of real estate firms.
