MDL is a wholly foreign owned enterprise,mainly engaged in hospital operating room equipment R & D,production and sales.The human resource management of wholly foreign-owned enterprises also exist defects,especially in the current changes in the domestic market environment,human resource management of MDL company is facing many new problems,which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of foreign-owned enterprises,facing the.In this paper,from the perspective of the application of project management in human resource management,the project management tools and methods are applied to the research and optimization of human resource management.First introduces the background to study the problem,on the basis of human resource management concept of wholly foreign-owned enterprises,expounds the research on human resource management,project management and statistical management theory.In accordance with the start,plan,implementation,control,end of project,through literature review,qualitative and quantitative analysis method,questionnaire method and interview method,the current status of human resource management of MDL company conducted an investigation and comprehensive analysis,and expounds the concrete optimization process. |
