After Chinese have joined WTO,more and more domestic entrepreneurs have begun to realize the strength of norms,now,businesses across the country have attached great importance to the staff performance appraisal work,but whether it is in the process of performance appraisal,or in the application,the performance evaluation results are not ideal.BJ is a traditional IT company reform and opening up will grow up,in the last century has achieved rapid development,but because of the same industry increasingly fierce competition,and the internal means of human resource management of BJ company did not keep pace with the times,keep up with the pace of development of the new period.The company's staff performance appraisal does not play a very good effect,not to promote the enterprise to better development.Companies try to improve the quality of personnel of the company through a variety of different types of management tools,but the actual effect is not ideal,not the company's development has played a positive role.Base on the situation of BJ staff performance appraisal,appraisal system for many problems exist,combined with theoretical knowledge learned from the MBA courses,comprehensive research methods the use of questionnaires,literature research method and combination of qualitative and quantitative,using the method of management by objectives(MBO)and key performance indicators(KPI),the the BJ company employee performance appraisal index system from the leadership,job responsibilities,evaluation object,evaluation cycle,assessment methods,assessment content,index setting,index weight and the evaluation results and re optimization design.In order to form a closed-loop performance appraisal system of BJ company,this paper makes the optimization design on the implementation of BJ company employee performance appraisal,and the performance appraisal system,organizational and financial guarantee in the optimized design specification.The expected optimization of employee performance evaluation system design of BJ company,can effectively solve the problems,the original appraisal system,which can make the staff'sworking enthusiasm to stimulate and promote the healthy development of enterprises.At the same time,also hope that the research results of this paper,for the same in the process of industrial transformation in the performance assessment of the problem of traditional IT enterprise how to conduct employee performance appraisal optimization work,provide a useful reference.
