Research On Account Receivable Financing Based On Fresh Agricultural Products Supply Chain Finance

In recent years,with the increased market demand and expanded scales of small and medium-sized enterprises'(SMEs')production on fresh agricultural products,the problem of funds shortage also will be highlighted.Nevertheless,due to the low level of credit rating,the immaturity of guarantee mechanism,the lack of fixed assets,and the high cost of financing,"Financing difficulties" has become a bottleneck restricting the development of SMEs on fresh agricultural products.Compared with the traditional financing mode,accounts receivable financing of supply chain finance is feasible,and suitable for a large number of accounts receivable bills of SMEs on fresh agricultural products.It has effectively solved the financing difficulties of SMEs and becomes one of the most common and important financing methods in supply chain financial services.In this context,the paper firstly introduced accounts receivable financing of supply chain finance.Then using the method of game theory from quantitative point of view analyzed the difference between Traditiona l accounts receivable financing model and accounts receivable pledged financing mode based on supply chain finance.Based on the theory of system dynamics and evolutionary game theory,the paper built a tripartite evolution game model of "bank-SMEs-core enterprise",and proved the usability of accounts receivable pledged financing mode based on supply chain finance with simulation analysis.Finally,according to the operation process of accounts receivable pledged financing mode based on supply chain finance and the characteristics of fresh agricultural products supply chain,three kinds of situations were analyzed.The optimal operation and financing strategies of SMEs in different situations were obtained.And the correctness of operation and financing strategies is verified by case simulation,which provides theoretical guidance for SMEs to carry out accounts receivable pledged financing mode based on supply chain finance.This paper clarified the research scope of supply chain finance,which was refined into the specific supply chain domain of fresh agricultural products.Combined with the characteristics of this field,the paper analyzed the situation in the process of financing and was focused to solve the problem of SMEs.Therefore,the study had a strong theoretical and practical significance.
