Since twenty-first Century,the rapid development of the consumer market,with the people's consumption level unceasing promotion,the department store industry demand was showing a diversification and integration.At present,the domestic retail industry has a certain size of the market,but with the changing domestic and international market,the situation,the domestic retail market has great development potential,but also the development of the retail industry put forward higher requirements.Nanjing XB company as the Nanjing large-scale retail enterprises,the current development has encountered a merchant acts to regulate,management level is too simple in.These problems limit the further development of XB company in Nanjing,unable to further expand the scale.This paper is based on the company's development problems,according to the company's actual situation,choose the suitable development mode,and according to the selected self oriented multi format business model were proposed to ensure its development safeguard measures.This paper is based on the company's development problems,according to the company's actual situation,choose the suitable development mode,and according to the selected self oriented multi format business model were proposed to ensure its development safeguard measures.this paper using qualitative and quantitative study on the literature analysis,taking Nanjing XB company as a research entity,analyzed and studied with the basic characteristics of international,domestic whole department store industry,through investigating the operation status of Nanjing XB company,management status analysis of the company now,on the business environment of the company was analyzed by PEST and SWOT,are analyzed full three-dimensional on the advantage of Nanjing XB company and weaknesses,the opportunities and challenges and problems,and the different operating mode of a comparative analysis,pointed out that currently available for companies to choose several management mode,using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method in this paper to determine the company should choose self oriented multi format business mode of development,expand the current scale of operation.Finally,the paper pointed out the XB's current development problems,and according the problems to select a suitable mode of operation for its development,put forward measures for the protection of the business model can guarantee efficient development,and points out the future should be to vigorously develop e-commerce oriented.I hope the results of this research as a useful reference for Nanjing XB management.
