Study On The Construction Of Agricultural Products Electronic Commerce Network Ecosystem In Xianyang Under The Background Of Internet Plus

With the rapid development of international Internet and mobile Internet,cloud computing,big data,Internet of things,VR and some other new technologies are faster and more comprehensive integrated into traditional industries and create a new development ecology.Among them,the combination of the Internet and traditional agriculture will burst out an unprecedented huge energy.High and new technologies continue to emerge,the speed of spread continue to accelerate and the interactive continue to enhance,which bring new opportunities for production,marketing and consumption of agricultural products and provide a broad space for its development.Internet brings new technology empowerment not only will change agricultural products circulation mode and lead to the prosperity of agricultural electronic commerce,but also will promote the birth and growth of the group of new professional farmer.However,it's not a simple chain relation among each role in the ecological environment of agricultural products e-commerce,but those roles exist a complex multiple interests and dependence relationship.Meanwhile,agricultural electronic commerce is a very complicated commercial behavior,which involving government,society,agricultural enterprises,commercial enterprises,logistics enterprises,financial institutions and other industries and all aspects of its behavior,and it's a systems engineering that is worthy of in-depth study.There is a interrelated and interacting relationship between individuals in economic society system.Network ecosystem can describe this relationship clearly.it can make us know the structure characteristics of the interdependence between the actual individual and the formation and development of the whole system from the point of ecological view at the same time.Research on the network ecology is a new hot spot of current academia,but applying this theory to research the agricultural electronic commerce is less and research the agricultural electronic commerce with regional characteristics is much less.This paper attempts to construct the system framework of network ecology under the background of the Internet plus which utilizing ecological theory to research the agricultural electronic commerce with regional characteristics.This article enriches the content of research on agriculture,rural areas,and agricultural electronic commerce and provides a reference for constructing the network ecology of agricultural electronic commerce for national various provinces and cities by studying on network ecology of agricultural electronic commerce in Xianyang,so it has a strong practical significance.This paper takes the agricultural products electronic commerce of Xianyang as the research object,and takes the construction of its network ecological system as the main research content.Firstly,using documentary study to tease out current research situation of agricultural products electronic commerce;pointing out research hotspots and research trend about agricultural products electronic commerce at home and abroad;and making a comprehensive analysis about basic theoretical ecology,ecological system,network ecology,network ecosystem and so on.Secondly,using investigation and interview method to discovery and summary the present situation and main problems existed in the development of agricultural products electronic commerce in Xianyang.Then,from three dimensions of network,network subject and network resources analyzes there are many problems in the agricultural products electronic commerce in Xianyang,which including network infrastructure resources distribution is unbalanced,connection between subjects is not intense,trading patterns lags behind,agricultural products electronic commerce starts late,scale is small and industrial distribution lags behind.On this basis,utilizing field trips,expert interview and empirical analysis method to construct the network ecological system of agricultural products electronic commerce in Xianyang,and evaluating it from three dimensions of network,network subject and network resources.Finally,putting forward some measures to ensure the benign evolution of agricultural products in Xianyang city of electronic commerce network ecosystem.
