Today's society is the era of the Internet,the era of information.The rapid development of Internet technology,affecting all aspects of human life,whether from the production,life,or leisure,entertainment are inseparable from the internet.In the field of business,also began to run through Internet under many new trading patterns,the new trading patterns began to impact the traditional way of trading,the trading mode is a new means of trading,a more convenient way,more secure,more broad scope,it is electronic commerce.The central region of China is the major grain producing area in China,and it is also the key area for us to study and solve the "three rural issues".Although the central region has many richly endowed by nature agricultural resources,but also has a lot of problems plaguing the agricultural development of the central region,the most prominent is the contradiction between long dispersed productivity and overall market,this contradiction exists is because of the characteristics of agricultural products themselves,such as seasonal,regional,preservation of the so,this will affect the agricultural products better circulation and sales,but also one of the central problems of restricting economic development.But the agricultural e-commerce is through a new form,the traditional agriculture and advanced information together,through the packaging,marketing,distribution,sales of traditional agricultural products with advanced instant communication,low cost of circulation combination for the agricultural products sale,provide a new the full advantage of the idea.Henan province is a major agricultural province of the central region,and the city of Nanyang Province as a big agricultural city,is a typical representative of the development of agricultural product sales of the central region,although has the absolute advantage in the production quantity,but the market is the primary stock market,sales of redundant intermediate links,the supply chain is relatively long,cause the market of agricultural products supply and demand information transfer is too slow,the information sharing rate is not high.With the development of economy and society in recent years,the demand for agricultural products is not only focused on quantity and quality,but also on the richness and dynamics of agricultural products.But Nanyang is agricultural big city,is facing the small scale of production,the overall level is not high,the supply side and demand side does not match the previous marketing system can not adapt to the rapid and the real-timemarket development,which requires the use of the Internet,the e-commerce of agricultural products,the existing the trade of agricultural products by way of upgrading the traditional sales model and sales mode of reform and innovation,which is also in the rise of central China strategy background,improve the strategic position of agriculture,accelerate the development of the rural economy,improve the efficiency of agricultural products circulation,an important means to increase farmers' income.This paper is based on the current situation of agricultural products in Nanyang City,the development of electronic commerce in recent years,the analysis,summarized the factors that hinder the development of e-commerce of agricultural products,the analysis from the aspects of government policy,the main sales of agricultural products,agricultural products subject of electronic commerce,and puts forward some ideas and suggestions for promoting the development of agricultural products in Nanyang city of e-commerce.To solve the "three rural issues",improve the strategic position of agriculture,accelerate the circulation of agricultural products,put forward their own views and suggestions.
