| Fresh agricultural products is closely related to people’s life.And it is the foundation for cities’ development and people’s livelihood.With the development of electronic commerce and government policy support,commercial enterprises have paid more attention to fresh agricultural products.Fresh agricultural products e-commerce develop rapidly with high gross profit,large consumption potential and high repurchase rate.However,there is still a bottleneck in the development of fresh agricultural products e-commerce.Fresh agricultural product has the characteristics of putrescibility.It is affected by many factors in transportation,warehousing,such as environment and equipment.The resulting damage of high rotting rate and delivery delay will directly affect the market value and customer satisfaction.How to ensure the efficient and reliable of fresh agricultural products logistics,shorten the distribution time and reduce the rotting rate has become an important problem to be solved urgently.This paper studied the logistics reliability of the fresh agricultural products e-commerce.Based on the analysis of current situation of e-commerce and fresh agricultural in China,the paper analyzed the the influence factors from information technology,facilities and equipments,personnel operation and external environment.The paper built a Bayesian network model and used Ge NIe software to simulate the model,analyzing the effect degree to the system reliability by different factors and calculating the importance degree of each factors.On the basis of all the factors importance degree,considering the constraints such as complexity and the cost,a reliability allocation model was built.The model aimed to meet the system reliability and maximize theeconomy.Finally,the paper presented an example to simulate and rovided practical advice to commercial enterprises based on the simulation. |
