| From 2006,Chinese companies and its abroad direct investment has joined a new stage of development,Chinese per capita GDP reached 2,000 US dollars and Joining the “WTO” marked the end of the transition period,but also will be faced with a new situation abroad.With Chinese FDI enterprises in the process of rapid development,there are two problems that attract our eyes,one is how to conduct foreign direct investment location selection,the other is the standard for Chinese enterprises with foreign direct investment,.These questions are significant for companies to develop and to achieve a new round of economic development.This paper takes HUAWEI as an example,analysing why it was so successful by comparing its two different Europe markets about location advantages. |
