As the global economic integration accelerate,the management of the enterprise group subsidiary company increasing difficulty and management requirements.The parent company to maximize the interests of the enterprise group,need to use all kinds of management methods to supervise and control subsidiary company management behavior.In many control methods,the performance evaluation in enterprise group,strategic policy to the ground,the respect such as evaluation of subsidiary of group contribution is very advantage,and is particularly important.So,in order to improve the control ability of subsidiary to the parent company and subsidiary company to carry out the performance evaluation system research has very important significance.This paper first to the thesis research the macro background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,and way of thinking,to literature research,case analysis and interview method as the research method,based on the theory of group control mode,the performance appraisal theory and the balanced scorecard theory as the theoretical basis.Second,Z unit and its group's present situation,the strategic goal,as well as the implementation of performance appraisal,elaborates the problems and analysis,and based on balance score card,financial,customer,internal business and learning and growth four dimensions layer build Z subsidiary strategic map,to rebuild its performance management system and process;Finally,through the use of performance results,accurately reflect the Z unit integrated circumstance,to achieve reunification of the subsidiary management behavior and group strategy,put forward the corresponding security measures,strengthen the implementation of the new performance appraisal system,make it play a biggest role,and to provide reference for other enterprises to build a performance evaluation index system.
