| This paper will analyze the impact of tax preference policies on R&D investment of high-tech enterprises in Guangdong province from microcosmic perspective by theory and empirical analysis method.This paper will start with the characteristics of R&D activities of high-tech enterprises and introduce market failure theory,then put forward tax incentive theory to analyze the incentive effect of turnover tax and income tax this two kinds of policy tools to high-tech enterprises on R&D investment.On the basis of theoretical analysis,to compare and analyze high-tech enterprises and their R&D investment between domestic aspects and Guangdong province under existing circumstances.After summing up the tax incentive policies,this paper will discover the existing problems from it.Based on the above analysis,this paper will construct empirical model to test theoretical analysis by selecting sample and collecting data.This paper will use 30 high-tech enterprises listed in GEM board of Guangdong province from 2011 to 2015 as samples.Putting the R&D investment as dependent variable,income tax burden and turnover tax burden as independent variable,other factors as controlled variable,then through Eviews for empirical analysis.Finally reach the conclusion,firstly,both the tax incentive policies are effective to the high-tech enterprises in Guangdong Province on R&D investment.Secondly,income tax policy can be more effective to high-tech enterprises than turnover tax policy.Then,according to the empirical conclusion,combined with the deficiency of the existing tax policy,several suggestions would be found in this paper. |
