Research On Guangdong's High-Tech Industrial Competiton's Influencial Factor

Since the 18^th century, Industrial competition theory has appeared in discussing the problem of international trading, and become the hot research problem in today's economic region .The absolute advantage theory, the comparative advantage theory and the resource gift theory of International trading explaining the industrial competition from the international trading point of view. As the development of economy, another theory appeared, It comes from Michael. porter' s national competitive advantage theory, He researched the competition problem from the industrial angle.From the research production of the past, we can see that our country's research in high-tech industry competition is focused on national high-tech industry competition, but this paper is trying to analyze the high-tech industry competitive condition of a province. My paper researches the high-tech industry according to Michael, porter' s national competitive advantage theory, and use the reference of national high-industry ,from the analyze of Guangdong province's high-tech industrial condition ,We found that there are three main reasons to influence the development of Guangdong province's high-tech industry :the devotion to science and technology, science and technology manpower resources, the support of the government from the high-tech industry, ect. So my paper's suggestion are as follows :First, Guangdong province should expand the devotion to science and technology, quicken to bring up the science and technology manpower resources, at the same time the government should give the high-tech industry different kinds of support and favor; the high-tech factories who engage in producing and exploding should advance the ability of absorbing and assimilating the technology, boost the high-tech industry's independent innovative capability, combine the market exploitation and technology exploitation, promote the high-tech industry's persistent development, consequently force the high-tech industry of Guangdong province step into the good circulation of development, so that we can enhance the high-tech industrial competition of Guangdong province at home and abroad.
