Research On Strategic Transformation Countermeasure Of Quanzhou Zhongqiao Group

In 2013,China put forward ‘2025,Made in China';in 2015,Quanzhou issued ‘2025,Made in Quanzhou',in which both the State Council and Quanzhou city put forward the target and development program of Transformation for Manufacturing Enterprises.This is an opportunity as well as a challenge to the traditional manufacturing enterprises.Quanzhou Zhongqiao Group represents the traditional one,and since 2007,it started its strategic transformation.Up to now,it has basically finished the transformation of ‘ Retreat Two,Move Three'.This paper aims to study the cases of strategic transformation of Quanzhou Zhongqiao Group,hoping to supply experience and reference to the strategic transformation of Quanzhou traditional stated-owned manufacturing enterprises.The research contents of this paper mainly includes :Firstly,brief introduction to thenecessity of strategic transformation for manufacturing enterprises as well as the profile and importance of strategic transformation for Quanzhou Zhongqiao Group.Secondly,specific research to strategic transformation theory and the one for manufacturing enterprises transformation,and the summary of research approach for this paper.On this basis,this paper introduces the development history and current status,analyzes strategic transformation organizationally,functionally and executively of Quanzhou Zhongqiao Group,and parsed issues as well as causes existing during the transformation.On standpoints of the whole company,department and business,this paper comes out with countermeasures and proposals for strategic transformation,and finally proposes precise supporting measures.Proposals and experience are put forwarded to the detailed implementation of strategic transformation for Quanzhohu traditional stated-owned enterprises and those in other cities and areas.In the mean time,via the analysis of this paper,more scientific and reasonable suggestions are provided to the strategic transformation for Quanzhou Zhongqiao Group in next development stage,and also role models are set for the transformation program and implementation.
