The rise of e-commerce is an inevitable product of electronic trade.It brings new opportunities and challenges for traditional enterprises,and also provides a good opportunity for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.The e-commerce development of small and medium-sized enterprises of Yicheng District is still in initial stage.How to promote the small and medium-sized enterprises to develop e-commerce so as to further promote the economic development of Yicheng District has become the main study point of this paper.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance,research content,research status,research methods and technical route to determine the overall framework of this study.The second chapter defines the concept of small and medium-sized enterprises and electronic commerce,elaborating and analyzing theoretical basis used in this article.The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of e-commerce development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.The fourth chapter mainly elaborates the present situation of e-commerce development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Yicheng District by using the SWOT analysis.The fifth chapter is the analysis of current situation of electronic commerce application survey of small and medium-sized enterprises in Yicheng District.The sixth chapter takes RT Bassinet Sales Co.Ltd.as an example and analyzes its successful experience in e-commerce.The seventh chapter proposes effective measures to promote the development of e-commerce for small and medium-sized enterprises in Yicheng District from the enterprise level and the government level.Hoping these measures and advice can be helpful to the development of e-commerce for small and medium-sized enterprises in Yicheng District,also in Zaozhuang City.This paper mainly adopts the following study methods of the combination of theory and practice,questionnaire research,SWOT analysis and case analysis.Through the analysis of the background and current situation of e-commerce development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China and Yicheng District,combined with questionnaire analysis for the present situation of e-commerce development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Yicheng District,this paper proposes countermeasures for the development of e-commerce of small and medium-sized enterprises in Yicheng District.
