Development of small and medium-sized e-commerce through the current situation and problems, analyze the market to small and medium-sized enterprises in the huge business opportunities, small and medium-sized clear the urgency of the use of e-commerce, through the awareness of these opportunities and make full use of information technology services provided by so that small and medium-sized e-commerce development, which in the intense market competition.This article contents is divided into three parts, first of all an analysis of the strengths and the concept of e-commerce; e-commerce (Electronic Commerce, EC) has been recognized as the pattern of the 21st century and a catalyst for new economic model.
