The good operation of the electric power enterprise plays an important role in the development of the country.In recent years,with the rapid development of national economy,the sales turnover of the power sector also increased,which results in great pressure to the electricity tariff reconciliation.The traditional manual reconciliation has many defects such as low efficiency,high error rate and high cost,which causes manual reconciliation cannot meet the requirements of the development of the electric power industry.Hence there is a pressing need of new electricity tariff reconciliation method.With the good performance in storage,computing and information exchanging,computers has been spread rapidly since it was invented,which causes great change in various industries.Power sector has used computers in operation,equipment maintenance,personnel management and other aspects.In addition,computers can also be used for electricity fund management.After electrical communication with bank,computers can help power sector achieve accurate,fast and efficient electricity fund management model.Since the introduction of the computer management system,electricity accounts model with electronic bills reconciliation between power sector and banks came into being.However,the electronic bills reconciliation has some disadvantages and shortcomings,which seriously restricts the electronic bills reconciliation efficiency and development of electric power enterprises.Hence the research subject of this paper,electronic bills reconciliation used in electricity fund management,has important practical significance.Depending on the data,this paper research the reason of low efficiency of electronic bills reconciliation after analysis and compare.Then this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures,which provide an alternative method to improve the efficiency of electronic bills reconciliation between banks and power sector.First,based on the introduction and compare of electricity management theory and method home and abroad,we can find the characteristics of the electronic bills reconciliation,which can be the foundation when searching the reason of low-efficiency of electronic bills reconciliation and finding solutions.Secend,according to the electronic bills reconciliation data of Qingdao Power Supply Company,we can find out some parts of electronic bills reconciliation which leading to low efficiency.After analyzing more data,some parts with great importance are found.At the same time,we can also get the reason why these parts cause low efficiency.Finally,according to key parts,we put forward some corresponding countermeasures to improve the efficiency of electronic bills reconciliation.After implementing of relevant policies and observing the reconciliation data,we can see that the electronic bills reconciliation efficiency obviously improved,so the analysis in this paper is correct.
