Influenced by the traditional Confucian culture,China has always attached great importance to the moral pursuit of humility and regarded it as a necessary quality of the ideal personality.Open to equal in recent years as employees demand more and more strong,the humble leadership as a "bottom-up" new leadership style,gradually by some business leaders and employees.Scholars have increased their focus and research on the humble leadership,and they have tried to explore the effectiveness of the humble leadership in the current Chinese organizational situation from different perspectives.Humility is not only a good moral accomplishment,but also an important management wisdom.Some scholars have put forward in the study,today's leaders should learn to put aside the past "great man" or "hero" leadership concept,with a calm and open attitude to look at themselves with subordinates,can see themselves in various defects and limitations in the present work,also can find their sparkle on subordinates and have to be sure.The psychological and work behaviors of employees in the organization are closely related to the leadership style of leaders.In general,choosing the right leadership will increase the effectiveness of the leadership.In the academic world,the humble leader actually exists as a kind of independent leadership,thanks to American scholar owens.Owens,through to the former related research learning and their actual results,formally put forward the concept of the humble leadership definition,for the convenience of study after he developed the corresponding scale.Thus,research on the humble leader has been pushed to a new level.Although people have realized that the humble behavior of leaders in the organization is closely related to the psychological and work behaviors of subordinates,some research on the humble leader is still at a groping stage.The specific question is whether the humble leader still has applicability in this particular organizational culture,how the specific mechanism of action happens and so on.Therefore,on the basis of the this study attempts to explore the humble leadership's influence on the employee organizational identification mechanism,at the same time around the social learning theory and exchange theory,the employees' individual level of psychological safety and power distance respectively mediate variables and adjust to join the theoretical model in the study.Through reviewing the previous literature,this paper finds that it mainly focuses on the relationship between the humble leadership and employee's job satisfaction,the suggestion behavior and the creativity of employees.Though,is mentioned the humble leadership to improve employee organizational commitment has a positive effect,but there's no specific empirical study,this study hopes to further explore,validate the humble leadership and staff organization,the relationship between identity between the two for a comprehensive understanding of humility type leadership provides some theoretical and practical aspects of the support.By inviting employees from different types of enterprises to fill out questionnaires,this paper finally obtained a total of 267 valid questionnaires,and analyzed the collected questionnaires using SPSS statistical analysis software.The final results of the statistical analysis show that the two dimensions of the humble leadership(admitting their own shortcomings and modest learning)can significantly predict the organizational identification of subordinates.The psychological security of variables partly mediated the admission of self-inadequacy of the humble leader and the identification of the subordinate organization;At the same time,the subordinate's power distance plays an adjustment role in the admission of humility and the modesty study dimension and the subordinate psychological security relationship.The research conclusions of this paper shows the humble type's leadership to subordinate the influence of organizational identification mechanism,at the same time also shows that in order to realize the improvement of the subordinates' psychological security and subordinate organizational identity and ascension,humble leadership in the organization is very necessary.This has important implications for the management practice of Chinese business leaders.First,leaders of enterprises need to establish the concept of humble leadership in consciousness and understand the important role of their own humility in leadership effectiveness.Humility has been hiding a profound philosophical philosophy since ancient times,and today's leaders need to understand the knowledge.From own introspection training began to develop in a work,even if a very responsible position in an organization,if a leader can still have a humble heart,still trying to practice humility,then he can lead the employees will lead the group on the road to success.Secondly,the humble qualities of leaders must be brought into play by the specific humility in the daily work of leaders.When employees perceive specific humility in the organization,their sense of identity with the organization grows.This also fully demonstrates the importance of the humble leadership in today's organizational situation.Therefore,the enterprise leaders should always remind myself that good example for the employees,and unswervingly adhere to the humble leadership style,create equal open organization environment for employees,improving employees' psychological security and organizational commitment.
