Tourist complaints is an important factor of affecting the quality of tourism and tourist satisfaction,In this paper,By using qualitative and quantitative research methods,summarized the situation of tourism industry development and tourism complaints in recent years.With the rapid development of tourism industry,as well as the continuous expansion of the tourism scale,there are more and more problems in the process of tourism complaint handling.Therefore,the tourism management department is facing a great challenge.In this paper,based on the domestic and foreign research about tourist complaints,Quality in tourism and the application of data platform.In this paper,the innovative new ideas that combining the big data technology with the tourist complaints handing and tourism quality supervision had be proposed.This paper explored the feasibility and necessity of the big data platform,the system structure and function of the platform,analyzed the operation mechanism of the big data platform.Finally,this paper took the tourism complaint platform of People’s Network 3.15 as an example.Analyzed the information of tourism complaints to illustrated the data analysis can provide the guarantee for the scientific investigation of tourism complaints and tourism quality supervision.What’s more,In addition to tourism complaints,it is should to point out that we need to conduct further in-depth study about the application of big data in other aspects of tourism management.By the use of information sharing mechanism,enterprises and the tourism management departments can construct a big data platform for tourist complaint management and tourism quality supervision management together.it will open a new mode for tourist complaint management and tourism quality supervision management.It can accelerate the opening and sharing of government data,promoting the integration of resources and enhance governance capabilities,improve the satisfaction of tourists,promote the development of the tourism industry,and further raise the level of governmental public management and improve the ability of government decision-making.
