Study On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Public Rental Housing Intelligence Community Construction In Chongqing

Chongqing public rental housing construction has entered a new stage."Management and service" has become the focus of daily work.At present,the biggest practical problem is the huge housing size,a large number of population,middle and low income and special difficulties of the masses.Because of the contradiction between the demand of the tenant and the effective satisfaction,the difficulty of the community management service is increasing.With the "Internet plus" era,the Internet thinking not only change the world,but also changed people's lives.Intelligent community is a new concept put forward and began in such a background,as a new form of community,the purpose is to optimize the structure of grassroots community governance and provide better social public goods and services.At home and abroad,the experience of building Intelligent community provided a new idea for the management of the public rental housing community.Chongqing is also trying to build Intelligent community of public rental housing,but it still in the initial stage,has not yet formed a set of feasible architecture and standards.While Intelligent community optimized governance capacity and effectiveness,there are still many problems,including the lack of “top ? level design”,ignorance of creating community governance atmosphere,the lack of diverse social participation?consultation and cooperation?evaluation system and so on.Therefore,in this paper,combined with the physical truth of the public rental housing community,starting from the problem,research on the concept of public rental housing intelligent community and top-level design,put forward opinions and suggestions,to provide theoretical reference for the public rental housing intelligence community construction.
