Daqin Railway Co.Ltd is the backbone of the transportation system,whosehas a particularly important position in the development of economic societyDaqin Railway Co.Ltd is building a well-developed railway network in order to provide support for the rapid development of the national economy.Therefore,in order to attract talent,improve the staff work enthusiasm,enterprises to improve the management level,to achieve management innovation,service innovation,determine the importance of the reasonable salary systems.Based on the theory of salary management,Maslow's hierarchy of needs,Herzberg's two-factor theory,fair theory and expectation theory,the thesis analyses the present development salary systems of Daqin Railway Co.Ltd,and analyzes the existing problems.The thesis formulates the development strategy and the forward relevant measures for the implementation of development strategy,which has a certain guiding significance to long-term development of Daqin Railway Co.Ltd.
