With the development of knowledge economy, high-tech companies are making more and more contributions to China’s economy. However high-tech companies are faced with a prominent bottleneck that is knowledge employee turnover in the sustainable development. Various factors result in some excellent knowledge employees choosing to leave. This will weaken the competitiveness of high-tech companies. Only for the knowledge employees keeping the basic stability, and high-tech companies develop steadily and healthily. How to avoid the knowledge employees turnover and improve management of human resources are a topic of practical significance for high-tech companies.Being directed at knowledge employee turnover of Company M, using questionnaire surveys, literature research and empirical analysis of research methods. It has an empirical study on Company M. It describes Company M, especially company’s present conditions and human resource management Etc. and analyzes the situation of the knowledge employee turnover and impact on Company M in order to find the reason of knowledge employee turnover in Company M. The author finds three main reasons by means of questionnaire method and interviewing method. Three main reasons are organizational factors, environmental factors and individual factors. Based on the survey, the author presents appropriate measures to the knowledge employee turnover and enhances the identity of knowledge employees in Company M.By this research, the author hopes to analyze the influencing factors of knowledge employee turnover in Company M, makes some operable solutions to reduce the loss of knowledge employees and retains the knowledge employees. The research will do some help on managing the employee turnover issue in the same companies.
