Financing Risk Management Of Xing Gan Highway Construction Project

With the development of the economy in our country,the investment amount of highway construction is increasing and the scale of the construction is expanding.But the highway construction funds are almost from bank loans and the ratio has a higher rate,so the single financing structure made the financing risk higher and met with the financing pressure problems,which is to be the main obstacle in the highway construction in our country.At present,the control management of financing risk in the construction project is relatively backward,the unreasonable project financing way will cause to increase risks.With regard to the problems existing in the highway construction project financing,it is researched to the system of the highway construction project financing management in the article,which is useful to reduce the highway construction project financing risk and cost in our country,improve the level of our country's construction project risk management and project financing efficiency and speed up to the sustained and rapid economic development make a difference.Xing Gan highway construction project is the main research object of this article.To begin with in reference to a large number of literature in domestic and overseas,it researched to our country highway construction project financing risk management theory,that mainly included that analyze the financing risk types and characteristics,how to control the risk and made the reasonable financing concrete through the theory which contained the financing risk identification,the evaluation of financing risk and the constitute in controlling finance risk.Secondly,Xing Gan introduced the basic situation of the highway construction project,through Xing Gan checklist of highway construction project financing risk set by internal company,to analyze and identify the main risks in the process of highway construction project financing.Thirdly,this article had established the financing risk evaluation system to make a better way to has identification for the scales of the risk and assessment to financing risk.Finally,it divided the Access Risk into the initial process,the Completion Risk into the construction phase of the project,Operation and Maintenance Risk into the operation process and took measures to efficiently control the other risks such as Market Risk,Completion Risk,Credit Risk,Financial Risk,Policy Risk and Environment Risk in all different processes.
