| At present,people's awareness and acceptance of e-commerce is getting deeper and deeper.The number of internet users surged.E-commerce enterprises are emerging business types in recent years.So far,China has not yet haven a comprehensive performance evaluation system.As a result,there is an urgent need to develop a set of performance evaluation system,which is suitable for China's electricity business enterprises,to help China's electric business enterprises to find their own core competitive greatness and to improve their own management level.On the basis of theory,this paper combines the field investigation and data collection on the basis of theory firstly.At beginning,this paper specifically analyzes the internal and external environment what the enterprise in.Then carefully studied the performance evaluation of the A electric business enterprises.Through analyzing the status quo of performance evaluation of the A electric business enterprises,this paper finds the problems and shortcomings of the performance evaluation.For overcoming these difficulties,this paper designs the performance evaluation system of electric business enterprise in the perspective of balanced score card.It builds a more suitable system for electric business enterprise performance evaluation,from financial,customer,internal business process and learning and growing.Secondly,this paper calculates four dimensions and the weight of the indexes by analytic hierarchy process.Thirdly,this paper selects fuzzy comprehensive analysis method to make the comprehensive evaluation and devises a set of relatively perfect performance evaluation system.After having the evaluation,this paper gives some suggestions to improve the performance of an electric business enterprise.The research results of this paper can provide the experience and reference for the evaluation of other electric business enterprise and other enterprises in the background of rapid development of network economy. |
