Study On The Coupling Relation Between Urban Transportation Superiority And Industrial Connection In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

The coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an important national strategy under the new situation,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration as the core of the "third pole" is the strategic fulcrum which leading the overall pattern of China's economic development in the future.The “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development Planning Framework” marked the collaborative development from the "top-level design" stage to "full implementation of" stage.Relieving the non-capital function as the core of the collaborative development strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,has a great significance for promoting rational allocation of factors and resources in the area,optimizing urban size distribution,and forming good regional urban system.As one of the three important areas to breakthrough,industrial upgrading occupies the important position to relief the non-capital function of Beijing.The industrial development pattern of "one center,five area and five belt and five chain,several characteristic base" is of benefit to promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry,giving full play to the comparative advantages,guiding the orderly transfer and undertake of industries,and forming the development pattern which has the reasonable spatial layout,organic link of industrial chain,and optimal allocation of all kinds production factors.Transportation integration is another key areas of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region coordinated development,transportation location is one of the important factors affecting the competitiveness and the future development potential of city.The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation integration planning put forward that promoting the transformation from "single center radial" channel pattern to "four vertical and four horizontal and one link" network pattern,plays a fundamental,supportive and guiding role to the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Based on the industrial agglomeration theories,regional division of labor and industrial transfer related theories,and industrial development theories,combining the research and development present situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry and transportation,building the adaptation framework of urban space layout optimization,which under the "transportation integration and industrial transformation and upgrading".Then deeply analyze city function orientation under the non-capital function relief of Beijing,put forward relevant industry docking strategy and industry development direction focus on the respective industry development area,guide the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei to form the optimize combination of industrial division with distinctive features.On this basis,using GIS and other modern method tools identify the coupling relationships between urban transportation superiority and industrial structure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,then draw a conclusion that firstly the gap between the urban transportation superiority is large in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and the polarization trend is obviously.Secondly,the urban industrial structure of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is obviously different,and the industrial division of labor is in urgent need of optimization.Thirdly,the coupling coordination degree between urban transportation superiority and industrial structure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is higher overall,but the individual cities need to realize breakthrough development.Then put forward that clearly define the urban function of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,actively coordinate the interests of the whole area,optimize transportation network system in region,form the "multi-level network" pattern centered on Beijing,Tianjin and Shijianzhuang,guide the industrial gradient transfer of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,boost the transformation of industrial structure,promot transportation and industry coordinated development,optimize the spatial structure of regional development,so as to provide the reference for industrial upgrading and urban function promotion of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
